The short version: ClubT connects you with independent, verified tutors. You pay when you book, tutors are paid after they teach, cancellations are free up to 12 hours before a session, and trial lessons are refundable. Be kind, be honest, and we'll do the same.
ClubT ("ClubT", "we", "us") operates an online marketplace that connects students and their parents ("Students") with independent private tutors ("Tutors") for 1-on-1 lessons across SD, SMP and SMA levels, delivered online or in person.
ClubT is a platform, not a school. Tutors are independent professionals who set their own rates, schedules and teaching methods. When you book a session, your agreement for the lesson itself is between you and the Tutor; ClubT facilitates discovery, booking and payment.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. Students under 17 must register with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, whose contact details are recorded on the account.
Tutors must complete identity and credential verification before their profile is published. Submitting false or misleading credentials results in permanent removal from the platform.
A booking is confirmed once the Tutor accepts it and payment is authorised. Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within 12 hours, and no-shows, are charged in full because the Tutor has reserved that time.
Trial sessions carry a satisfaction guarantee: if your first lesson with a Tutor is not a fit, contact us within 24 hours of the session and we will refund it or credit an equivalent session with a different Tutor.
Students pay the price shown at booking — per session or as a package. ClubT holds the payment and releases it to the Tutor after the session is completed. Tutors are charged a 15% service fee per completed session; there are no registration or subscription fees.
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Package credits are valid for the period shown at purchase and are refundable on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions.
Treat everyone on the platform with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behaviour towards minors results in immediate account termination and, where relevant, a report to the authorities.
Circumventing the platform — taking bookings arranged through ClubT off-platform to avoid fees — harms the guarantees both sides rely on (secure payment, refunds, verified reviews) and may lead to account suspension.
Only Students who completed a session with a Tutor can review them. Reviews must be honest and relate to the actual lesson experience. We remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate these terms, but we do not remove reviews merely for being negative.
We work hard to keep the platform available and accurate, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, ClubT's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid to ClubT in the 12 months preceding the claim.
ClubT does not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Results depend on many factors, including the effort of the Student.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced by email and take effect no sooner than 14 days after notice. You may close your account at any time; sessions already booked remain subject to the cancellation policy above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled in the courts of Jakarta Selatan, after a good-faith attempt at amicable resolution.
